申命記第六章4 - 6節： 「以色列啊，你要聽！耶和華－我們的上帝是獨一的主。 你要盡心、盡性、盡力愛耶和華－你的上帝。 我今日吩咐你的這些話都要記在心上。」 我聽什麼？我聽到什麼？ 我要聽什麼？我想聽什麼？ 我應該聽什麼？我應該不聽什麼？ 我為什麼要聽我要聽的？我為什麼以為我應該聽的是我應該聽的？ 我要真理。我要聽真理。 什麼是真理？為什麼要有真理？ 我在那裡可以找到真理？ 真理重要麼？ 為什麼真理重要？ 人要真理。 世界要有真理。 為什麼世界要有真理？ 我找到了真理麼？ 我想我找到了真理。 真理是—— 如果真理是宇宙運作的規律， 是世界創造時的完美之本， 是那力量—— 遠古時創造宇宙， 同時放在人的心裡。 在人類歷史的背後我見祂的影子—— 在和平時很容易見到祂， 但在戰爭時祂好像隱藏起來， 在飢荒時，祂更好像遠離了， 在瘟疫時，祂好像深不可測。 是祂真的走了？還是我看錯了方向？ 如果「真理」掌管宇宙， 祂應該還在。 祂沒走，也沒有遠離。 因為—— 宇宙還在如常運作， 日出日落依舊。 潮汐如常漲退， 地深吸力仍然有效。 還好，宇宙仍舊運作， 不然我們早就滅絕。 有千百萬個原因我們早已滅絕。 我們應該早已滅絕。 我們創造憎恨； 迫害； 殺戮； 慌言； 狡滑； 噢！ 超級武器； 核武； 生化武器； 金融掠奪； 財富幻象； 但有很多人賺大錢，天天慶祝。 無知的被搶奪； 搶奪的沾沾自喜， 還不知那位「真理」一直盯住他們，等他們收手、回轉⋯⋯ 我們為什麼仍存在？ 應該 就是仍有看顧我們那位「真理」祂自己。 我去過耶路撒冷，但那裡找不到「真理」，因為那城趕走祂、殺了祂。 只剩一面破了的牆。 那城的人叫「哭牆」。 那應該是因為人都要為著沒有「真理」而哭泣。 沒有了「真理」，是應該哭泣。 你說對嗎？ 沒有真理的世界是怎樣？ 沒有真理的宇宙會怎樣？ 我想我們現在都看見了那是怎樣。 大人小孩都知道了。 不用教他們，因為他們已身在其中。 我想，我還是要找「真理」。 我要聽祂。 我可以找到祂。
